Privacy Policy
Effective October 5, 2026
1. Scope and Controller
This Privacy Policy explains how Logevra collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal information when you use the Platform. It applies to our apps, websites, support channels, and related services. It does not govern independent third-party services, including brokers, payment providers, or app stores, which have their own notices.
The Logevra entity that provides the Platform is responsible for processing described here. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to privacy@logevra.com.
2. Information You Provide
We collect information you provide when you create or use an account, including your name, email address, username, password credentials (stored in protected form), profile photo, biography, preferences, and support requests.
We also collect User Content you create or share, such as posts, comments, reactions, media, signals, learning activity, and information you choose to place in your profile. Where features or law require it, we may collect identity-verification information, such as a government ID, selfie, date of birth, address, and related KYC records. If you use payment or wallet features, we may receive payment instructions, transaction, deposit, withdrawal, transfer, subscription, and fraud-screening records.
3. Broker Integrations and Communications
If you connect a broker or trading account, we may receive the account identifiers, authorization tokens, account settings, positions, orders, balances, trading history, and other data the integration is configured to provide. We use this information to deliver the requested integration, display relevant information, operate copy-trading tools, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. You can disconnect an integration, although records already created may be retained as described below.
We process message metadata and content necessary to provide messaging. Direct-message text currently uses a legacy client-side obfuscation format and is encrypted in transit; it is not end-to-end encryption and does not provide zero-knowledge protection. Calls may involve call setup, participant, device, network-quality, and diagnostic data, and call media is encrypted in transit. Encryption does not protect content available on a participant’s device, content reported by a participant, or metadata and technical information needed to operate the service.
4. Device Information, Cookies and Tracking
When you use the Platform, we may collect device and app information, including device model, operating system, language, app version, browser type, device identifiers, and push-notification token. We collect IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, access times, crash reports, security events, log files, and information about how you use features.
Cookies, local storage and session storage used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, prevent fraud and operate Logevra are service technologies, not permission to track you across other companies’ apps or websites. First-party usage measurements, such as views and clicks within Logevra, help us operate and improve the service; they are distinct from cross-company advertising tracking.
Tracking means linking information collected from Logevra with information from other companies’ apps or websites for advertising or advertising measurement, or sharing it with a data broker. Essential cookies, browser settings and acceptance of this policy do not constitute consent to that tracking. Any feature that introduces such tracking on Apple devices must first request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework and must not perform that tracking when permission is denied. Browser cookie controls do not replace this requirement.
You can manage website storage through your browser settings. Removing essential storage may sign you out or affect functionality. Independent services you choose to open have their own privacy notices; Logevra remains responsible for tracking introduced by services integrated into its app or owned web content.
5. Information from Other Sources
We may receive information from sign-in providers, app stores, payment processors, identity-verification providers, brokers, market-data partners, security providers, affiliates, and other users. This can include account identifiers, contact details, transaction status, verification results, trading data, fraud indicators, and reports about content or conduct.
We combine information from these sources with information we collect to provide and protect the Platform, subject to applicable law and the settings you select.
6. How We Use Information and Legal Bases
We use personal information to:
• Create and administer accounts; provide social, communication, trading-related, payment, and support features; and personalize content.
• Process transactions, verify identity where applicable, connect brokers, and administer subscriptions or marketplace services.
• Protect users and the Platform; detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, market manipulation, and violations of our terms.
• Analyze use, troubleshoot, develop, and improve our services; send service, security, and administrative notices; and, where permitted, provide marketing or advertising.
• Comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and law-enforcement obligations and enforce our rights.
Where applicable, our legal bases include performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Platform, your consent, and protection of vital interests. You may withdraw consent where processing depends on it, without affecting earlier processing. These legal bases do not replace platform-specific permission requirements such as App Tracking Transparency.
7. How We Share Information
We share information with service providers that process it on our behalf, such as hosting, storage, communications, customer support, analytics, security, identity verification, payment, and technical-infrastructure providers. We share information with brokers and other integrations when you request or authorize a connection, and with other users according to the content and privacy settings you choose.
We may disclose information to professional advisers, affiliates, business-transferees in a merger or financing, and authorities or other parties when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or regulation, or is necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud. We may use and disclose aggregated or de-identified information.
Providing information to a service provider to operate Logevra does not authorize that provider to use it for cross-company advertising tracking. Any sharing for tracking must comply with the permission requirements described in Section 4. This policy is not a request for tracking permission.
8. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and security obligations. Retention periods depend on the data and context.
Account and profile data are generally retained while your account remains active and for a limited period after deletion. Transaction and KYC records may be retained longer where required by financial, anti-money-laundering, tax, or other laws. Content shared with others may remain visible to them or in their copies after you delete your account. Backup systems may retain data for a limited additional period.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, credential protections, monitoring, and security testing. No system, transmission, or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Protect your account by using a strong, unique password, enabling available security features, and keeping your device secure. Report suspected account compromise or security vulnerabilities to security@logevra.com.
10. International Transfers
We and our providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have data-protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual commitments or other recognized transfer mechanisms, and apply supplementary protections where appropriate.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or information about our processing; to withdraw consent; and to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing activities where those concepts apply. You may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority.
To exercise a right, contact privacy@logevra.com. We may need to verify your identity and may limit or decline a request where permitted by law, including to protect others’ rights, comply with legal obligations, or preserve required records. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority.
12. Children
The Platform is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Logevra, contact privacy@logevra.com so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
13. Policy Changes and Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices, services, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version in the Platform and, where required, provide additional notice. The effective date shown above identifies when this version takes effect.
For privacy questions or requests, contact privacy@logevra.com. For security concerns, contact security@logevra.com. For general support, contact support@logevra.com.
